Now that you’ve subscribed you may be asking yourself what comes next. Within 48 hours you will receive an email from noreply@freightpop.com with your initial login information. Once you receive this email, go ahead and login with the information provided – and don’t worry, you will be prompted to change your password!

Once you’ve changed your password and logged in, you will have full access to ship within the technology. Please take a moment to review the getting started video below:

As you begin shipping, a few other items to keep in mind:

  1. You will be billed monthly (or annually, if you chose that option) for the technology subscription and weekly for the shipping charges.
  2. The technology will be loaded with discounted shipping rates so you can make sure you don’t lose money on your shipments!
